This is an old ducted plant we recently refurbished for a fraction of the cost of new replacement plant.

It was leaking water and struggling to cool building in hot weather.

The rusty steel platform was treated and preserved with Industrial epoxy 2 pack paint.

The package plant was stripped and pressure cleaned and attention paid to rusted out condensate tray to a stainless steel upgrade.

Old bearings in fan motors replaced, capacitors changed out and a coat of epoxy 2 pack paint.      

The owner can expect this unit to continue giving a reliable service life for a long time to come.

This is a Package plant contained within a building that was extremely rusted base in normal circumstances one would consider new plant replacement.

But due to constraints of a roof overhead it was economically sensible to refurbish old plant in situ vs removal of buildings roof and new plant. The old plant now contains a complete Stainless Steel floor which will outlive any new replacement plant anyway, a win win outcome at a fraction of the cost.
